Responsibilities and Duties
・Interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication with internal business partners, landlords, external consultants, general contractors, and vendors/suppliers with emphasis on company interests.
・Provide additional support to project team to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that help us achieve our real estate / store development objectives and provide customer delight.
・Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes to assure timely openings and closures that adhere to the signed license agreement.
・Support the project team in preparation for key project approvals and by working with cross functional partners to ensure project planning and execution activities.
・Maintain continuous communication with other departments, landlord partners and vendor partners to grow the professional network and lead as an ambassador for store development and the company
・Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Business level preferable.
・Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Product.
・Ability to travel domestically when needed, up to 50%.
・Proactive, innovative, self starter, and result oriented.
・Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and ensure cooperative and productive work relationships.
・Strong prioritization and problem resolution skills.
・Knowledge of Real Estate / Leasing / Construction / Design / Legal industry practices is a plus but not required.
