Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for quality and safety of raw material, packaging material, and finished goods.
- Perform QC Record keeping for daily production.
- Ensure process controls and maintain documentations complying with all related regulations.
- Schedule calibrations for equipment used throughout the facility.
- Work towards continuous improvement of quality.
- Solve the quality issues by working with other departments and management.
- Assist in the pest control program, third party audits, sensory testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or similar.
- Minimum 1 year working in QA or R&D in a food manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures & equipment.
- Moderate to advance scientific and food technology knowledge.
- Experience in applying project management skills.
- Willing to to work evening, night, weekend and rotating shifts if required.
