Responsibilities and Duties
・Reviews and clears all order (quantity, terms, price) in order to process the order – send confirmations to the customer and orders to the warehouse.
・Ensures all customer pricing, invoicing and payments are proper and timely.
・Provides excellent Customer Service and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through maintenance of customer relationships.
・Communicate regularly with Outside Sales and ensure proper pull-through of retail opportunities
・Maintain an appropriate flow of product and on-time deliveries
・Types, formats, and produces documents such as a letter, presentations, and reports per management’s request
・Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level
・Bachelor’s degree Preferred
・1-3 years in Customer Service / Supply Chain preferred
・Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, strong attention to detail
・Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
