Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Make sales presentations to prospective customers at fairs, shows, exhibits, businesses and residences.
- Complete knowledge of company products and services.
- Identify customer needs; match needs to Company products and services, and overcome customer objections and resistance.
- Negotiate appropriate pricing and adjustment decisions within established guidelines.
- Follow up to ensure new customers are set as requested.
- Meet established sales objectives.
- Communicate front-line conditions and customer problems to manager.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
- Flexibility for frequent domestic/international travel. (incl Japan/Europe)
- Japanese fluency is a big plus.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
