Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage customer orders from start to finish including inquires, quotations, order processing, deliveries, releases, invoicing, reporting and returns.
- Closely monitor inventory levels, including internal and distributor levels.
- Submit weekly/monthly activity reports for sales, backlog and inventory levels.
- Work alongside the General Manager in providing the coordination of advertising, sales and marketing promotions, and other marketing functions as needed..
- Organize preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data slides, photographs, and reports.
- Prepare status reports regarding marketing efforts..
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Native to Business Level is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing or customer service related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills with ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and diplomatically.
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
