Who is STS Career?


Founded in 2013, STS Innovations, Inc. started as a business focused on IT Consulting. While expanding over time into other consulting-related services, we also evolved into an enterprise that branches into five key areas: Our mission at STS Career, the Recruiting Department is to improve our clients’ profits while providing our candidates with unique and rewarding employment opportunities. We aim to be the highest quality provider to each niche sector we serve. We pride ourselves on our prompt execution, innovation, and integrity.

    Profiling & Planning


    Our consultant takes time to learn about your organization and the position you want to fill to ensure a successful placement. It is imperative for us to become familiar with our clients methods of operation, organizational structure and culture. We can assist with deploying recruitment strategy, budgeting, and developing job descriptions if needed.

    Sourcing & Searching


    The prospective candidate list is contacted and screened in numerous ways such as our sourcing on own database, promoting the opening on online outlets, and headhunting. We submit most qualified candidates for an in-depth interview.

    Assessing & Interviewing


    After applications are reviewed and a batch of qualified candidates are assembled, the screening process will take place. It can be simple or can be drawn out over weeks with several stages in accordance with your organization’s hiring mechanism.

    Concluding & Follow-up


    Once the satisfactory candidate has bee selected, we help you through the job offer process which is likely followed by negotiation. We will conduct follow-ups to our client and the new employee in order to insure both parties are 100% satisfied.

Fee

Our fee structure is very straightforward and so-called traditional.


WHEN DOES THE FEE OCCUR?
With contingency s model, the fee is entirely performance based and you don’t pay us until a placement is successfully made. Warranty and refund policy will be discussed further.

HOU MUCH DOES IT COST?
We calculate fees based on a percentage of the new hire’s first-year compensation.
