Responsibilities and Duties
- Regularly visit customers and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account site(s).
- Network within customer organizations to create awareness of Company's products, capabilities, and resources.
- Prepare and present customer proposals to decision-makers in customer Purchasing and Engineering roles.
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to the organization.
- Manage all commercial aspects of current business programs to ensure all customer requirements and milestones are met.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Conversational to Professional Working to Native level is preferred.
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is plus/
- 5 or more years of related work experience in a combination of Automotive, Sales, and Program Management roles.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Automotive company is preferred.
- Effective communicator via written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
- Solid working knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications.
- Ability to travel domestically.
